Hard Disk Failure Imminent!

Not the kind of message one wants to see on start up. Sadly that is what is displaying on my laptop at bootup. I’m hoping that imminent HD failure holds off till I can get to a place where I can get the laptop into the shop. If it does happen I will hopefully still be able to podcast and post on my Shuttle Desktop here in the truck. Will just have to get a USB Wifi adapter. Fortunately they are available at most Flying J’s.
I’m currently pushing to get my load delivered in Pompano Beach, Fl. Leaving Lake Park, Ga now.

Curtis, I’ve been listening to your podcasts lately, great job. It’s good to stay in contact with what’s going on out there since I got off the road and started driving a dump truck, same hours only it’s farther to go to get to bed. Keep up the casting it helps get me through the day and don’t let the bastards get you down, Chuck

Thanks for the comment and thanks for listening, Chuck. That trip to the bed was the clincher for when I started trucking. If I do get off the Road it will be one of the tough ones to give up. I’m such a lazy bastage;)
