I dunno. Looks East European with a coupla’ drop axles to haul a single fully loaded container, similar to heavy hauling in the states. The CO tractor appears spec’d with a single screw drive axle and drop when laden; the chassis sports a tridum fixed with singles, and two dually drops when laden.
Even if the chassis stretches, it doesn’t look as if there’s enough axles to accommodate the weight of two fully loaded containers. In the states we can haul two 20′ empty containers on a single chassis.
Can you get us more information on this chassis, Curtis?

Hi Curtis, If you look at the pic the two trailers join at the middle crash barrier by means of a 12ft boom in the middle total carrying weight is 24ton.The purpose of the system is to deliver two 20ft containers to two different address in one go and more revenue with less millage and operateing costs. I will send more pics in the week with the trailer split. The web address for the trailer is http://www.munrocommercials.com/ the trailer is called D-TEC combi-trailer and is made in the Netherlands.
